10/5/2017 – I've lost the card that came with my sampler. What's the best way to reheat the sausage?

The Sausage is also good heated over a low grill, or even in a frying pan. Especially with eggs cracked over them. One of my favorite breakfasts.

3/12/2016 – Do you sell the sausage by the case?

Response From The Original Black's Barbecue: We sell our sausage in packages of 4 rings, so you can order as little as 4 rings or 4,000 or more if you like. If you would like a "case" of 20, then you would need to order 5 packages.

12/12/2015 – If ordered on the 15th, will the meat have to be frozen or can it be refrigerated until Christmas?

Response From The Original Black's Barbecue: Because everything is fully cooked and vacuum sealed, the refrigerator will be fine. The refrigerator will allow the BBQ to thaw slowly and safely, just in time for Christmas. Don't forget, you can place your order today and choose a future arrival date.
